1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Pick & Drop platform, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Pick & Drop is a technology platform connecting customers, merchants and independent drivers for on-demand delivery within South Africa.
3. Accounts
You must be 18+ to use Pick & Drop and provide accurate information at sign-up.
4. Payments
Customers pay in-app. Merchants are billed monthly. Drivers receive weekly payouts.
5. Conduct
No unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct. Pick & Drop may suspend accounts that breach this policy.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Pick & Drop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
